Honest appraisal of work needed to vehicle The service reps said I needed several items repaired on my 2002 Honda CRV. Since it was costly and time consuming we broke the work into three secti The service reps said I needed several items repaired on my 2002 Honda CRV. Since it was costly and time consuming we broke the work into three sections. Having successfully completed two of the three sessions I scheduled the 3rd session. Once they took the car apart they discovered I didn't need the work originally scheduled (previous fix took care of the issue), however they did discover two other things that needed attention. Even fixing two items was less costly then the original one item repair. One of the items was new spark plugs. When I picked the car up at 5 pm on a Friday I noticed it did not run smoothly on the drive to a previously scheduled meeting. Sat morning I had a full day seminar from 7:30 am to 5 pm so could not get to the dealer. I took the car in on Sunday and left it and the keys with an explanation. They took in right in on Mon morning and discovered a defective spark plug - fixed in no time and they were quick to pick me up. I drive the vehicle to my daughter's in CA so I am very concerned about road worthiness - service reps get the car road worthy every time! Therese More
OIL CHANGE, CAR WASH, INSPECTION WITH A SMILE! I LOVE FINDLAY HONDA, THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT AND DO EXACTLY WHAT I REQUEST. EVEN THO I HAD TO DRIVE ROUND TRIP 3 HOURS I LOVE FINDLAY HONDA, THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT AND DO EXACTLY WHAT I REQUEST. EVEN THO I HAD TO DRIVE ROUND TRIP 3 HOURS, IT IS WORTH IT TO ME TO PUT MY WONDERFUL 2007 HONDA FIT IN CAPABLE HANDS EVEN FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. THEY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE PROFESSIONAL... BOTH QUALITIES I'VE LEARNED TO EXPECT FROM THEM. SHORT COMFORTABLE WAIT WITH TREATS AVAILABLE. Not so Happy I am some what unhappy with my experience of buying my new 2015 Honda Civic at Findlay Honda. At one point the salesman even got sarcastic with me. An I am some what unhappy with my experience of buying my new 2015 Honda Civic at Findlay Honda. At one point the salesman even got sarcastic with me. And I couldn't believe it. At the time of the purchase I also bought some honda wheels that they did not have in stock. The salesman told me he would call when they came in and I never got a call. So I called in a couple of days. Someone checked and yes they were in so I asked to make an appointment. The lady said she could get me in on tue at 10:15. I even got a conformation number in an email confirming the appointment. Well when I showed up on Tuesday at 10:15 "Nobody" knew I had a appointment, even the Service Manager. I am not sure how long they have been in business, but it would seam to me that they would fix any problems between sales and the service dept. They are both under the same roof. More

I am delighted with the vehicle and was treated like a preferred customer as soon as I walked in the door! Trey was awesome and didn't pressure me to buy something I did not want. He worked with us on the trade in and assisted us in getting the most out of our experience. Trey and Donna stayed late (past closing) to help us get out and on the road in the new car, which was just plain fantastic! Justin was great the next day with all the explanations on the many features of the car. I would recommend Findlay Honda to anyone I know wanting to purchase a new car! More
