Findlay went above and beyond to help me by giving me a loaner car while waiting for the new part to arrive and be installed. I had to come in to Findlay's office every thirty days to renew the paper work for the loaner, and the staff always treated me as a priority and with utmost respect. Nicole and Amy at the front desk are patient, kind, and wonderfully helpful. They made the best of a frustrating situation. Lynn Selby always treated me like I was their only customer, and went way above and beyond to get my car fixed and back to me. A really top-notch crew. I'm truly impressed.
