All my questions and concerns were patiently addressed and they even were able to get another vehicle from an affiliated dealer so I could do a side by side comparison. Appreciated the great service of Melissa and was able to complete the process without my fears of feeling overly pressed or coerced ever coming true. More
Service department is NOT customer friendly I have been bringing my 2 cars here since moving to Flagstaff and not only is the service terrible, but they seem to not care about their customers. I make an appointment every time for service and they either have no idea I am coming or do not honor the appointment. Today my car sat for a half an hour before I asked why my car was still sitting there. The response was, our lube shop does not open until 8. My response then why did you let me have an appointment at 730. His response we are working on that. I then proceeded to ask why after 3 years my car is going through the lube shop, I have never had it go through there, always gets driven to the back. He had no answer. Never will I ever go back here, I thought I was a loyal customer and I was treated very poorly. One would also think I would have received some sort of communication from the dealer after I had left clearly angry, but nothing yet. I am still baffled on why this dealership receives awards, must not be for the service department. Too bad they are the only Honda dealer in my city. More

Saved $5,400 going somewhere else Took my odyssey to the service department to have them take a look at a transmission leak. Paid a diagnoses fee of $70 or $80. I was told that the lea Took my odyssey to the service department to have them take a look at a transmission leak. Paid a diagnoses fee of $70 or $80. I was told that the leak was on the transmission casing seam and the transmission would have to be replaced. I told them that the left axle had been replaced recently and asked if they had checked to make sure it wasnt leaking from the axle seal. They told me it was not and it was definetely the seam leaking. Was also told that the power steering pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Total estimate of $5,700. I decided to get another opinion at a local shop and they were super helpful and friendly. They could not tell what the problem was because it was too dirty underneath. I appreciate them not guessing and took my car home to clean it off really well. When I took it back to the local shop, they said it was definetely the axle seal. They replaced the seal and did a transmission flush for under $300. The power steering pump is also fine and does not need replacement. I saved $5400 by not letting Honda work on my van. I no longer trust the dealership. Not sure if they were being dishonest, if they are have no idea what they are doing, or if something else is going on. I tried contacting them through their website about the poor service and never heard back. More

Unfortunately, I have been terminated due to my constant care towards the customers needs instead of the staff. I will truly miss the Hellos at the grocery store ,restaurants etc. Finlay Honda is a great Dealership they just need help listening to their employees.
