She had Riley Donaldson assist us, and he was also awesome. He was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. Amazing Service Our sons car recently had some issues and were referred by our local dealer to make contact with Mimi (Service) at Findlay Honda. The level of care she offered us and our son was second to none. I feel that she went out of her way to address the concerns of our sons Murano in a quick manner. Ordered parts and had him back on the road in less time than I expected. I may drive 325 miles to Flagstaff next time we need a car if sales are anything like the service. Mimi told us that she would take care of any auto repair related issues that may arise in the future and gave our son her card and told him to contact her if he ever got into a bind with his vehicle. When your kid and his car are that far away and you get the call that something is wrong it's a comforting feeling to know that we've got a "Friend in Flag". Thanks again Mimi. More
