It is a two hour trip to Flagstaff but well worth the drive to get such great service. More

Customer service and service on my honda is excellent I can drive right in for an appointment and they take care of my needs. Since I'm out of town, I appreciate the shuttle service to do my business in t I can drive right in for an appointment and they take care of my needs. Honda Heroes I originally was not in the market for a new vehicle, then a terrible accident happened. Randy and Scott would allow me to come in and browse the sele I originally was not in the market for a new vehicle, then a terrible accident happened. Randy and Scott would allow me to come in and browse the selection of vehicles even though I didn't know what I wanted or if I was going to buy - they even sat with me as I'd cry looking at new vehicles after the accident. When I finally made my mind up to buy the experience was awesome! Scott made me feel right at home during the test drive, he listened to my concerns, answered my questions and didn't try to push me into something that was out of my league financially. Randy made working numbers a breeze, while Donna made signing paperwork fun! Such a better experience than buying out of town and the Findlay Team made one of the worst days of my life into a bump in the road. Thank you! More
Great Experience I've leased cars for more than 40 Years. My last lease at another agency I leased a new car and after 9 months just didn't feel good in the car. I went to Findlay for a service call and just for my own interest I inquired about what it would take to end my current lease and get the style I wanted. Findlay made it happen and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It was incredible!!!! From salesperson to manager to finance manager they made it happen. Friendly, helpful and low pressure. Great customer service as always I came in for a scheduled oil change. I was talking to my service advisor Jeff Ford while he was checking me in about how after to change the coolant I came in for a scheduled oil change. I was talking to my service advisor Jeff Ford while he was checking me in about how after to change the coolant in my 2013 Accord Sport. Turns out I was about 30,000 miles overdue! They had an opening such that I was able to have the coolant flushed and then changed right after my oil change. Deonna took care of the oil change in her usual quick and efficient manner. I love Findlay Honda's service department. Everyone is so nice and Happy. Not always so at other service departments I have been to over the years. I highly recommend Findlay for service and sales. I bought my Accord there in June of 2013. More

Excellent sales & service processes I have always hated purchasing new cars, but we have now purchased 2 from this dealership and find them to be wonderful to work with; fair trade ins, I have always hated purchasing new cars, but we have now purchased 2 from this dealership and find them to be wonderful to work with; fair trade ins, fair price, do what they promised, etc. The service process is also worry free and easy to accomplish.
