Customer service and service on my honda is excellent I can drive right in for an appointment and they take care of my needs. Great customer service as always I came in for a scheduled oil change. I was talking to my service advisor Jeff Ford while he was checking me in about how after to change the coolant I came in for a scheduled oil change. I was talking to my service advisor Jeff Ford while he was checking me in about how after to change the coolant in my 2013 Accord Sport. Turns out I was about 30,000 miles overdue! They had an opening such that I was able to have the coolant flushed and then changed right after my oil change. Deonna took care of the oil change in her usual quick and efficient manner. I love Findlay Honda's service department. Everyone is so nice and Happy. Not always so at other service departments I have been to over the years. I highly recommend Findlay for service and sales. I bought my Accord there in June of 2013. More
