Our negotiations for the purchase of the Pilot and for the trade-in of our 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid with Jacob Lundie, General Manager, and Riley Donaldson, Sales Consultant, were straight forward, honest and highly satisfactory. Jacob went above and beyond to find the vehicle we wanted and to price it lower than our searches in Tucson had produced. Riley has an incredible knowledge of Honda vehicles, could answer every question we had and spent more than an hour with us in the Pilot clearly explaining the many advanced technological features of this vehicle. He also offered to assist us at any time with any questions we might have and we have already taken him up on that! We have yet to use the Findlay Flagstaff Honda Service Department for the Pilot but based on our 3-year experience of service on the 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid we expect the same friendly outstanding service. We have consistently rated them 5 out of 5 stars. It has been our experience that the process of purchasing a new car is often not very pleasant.
