Amazing Experience I absolutely hate the process of buying a new vehicle. My first contact with Scott was on the internet. He was very pleasant and respected my time and I absolutely hate the process of buying a new vehicle. My first contact with Scott was on the internet. He was very pleasant and respected my time and was not pushy. This did not change when I arrived on the lot. I was about 45 minutes late for an appointment with him. He was very understandable and worked with me when I got there. Honda vehicles do sell their self but working with someone like Scott made it pleasurable and painless. Look forward to seeing him and the crew during my services. More

Dealership's great but what's the point Service dept.NOT We are on our 6th Honda as family & we put in quite a few miles on them. We've bought the last 4 at Flagstaff Honda and have our cars serviced here. A We are on our 6th Honda as family & we put in quite a few miles on them. We've bought the last 4 at Flagstaff Honda and have our cars serviced here. After my last experience in Service dept., I will never go there again. I now have to take my car to Phoenix to get serviced so now I also need to plan on buying a vehicle other than Honda for my next car. The rear view camera wasn't working, checked in and told them. Had tech call me to tell me that it's either the camera or the screen (duh). Tech had to call helpline to figure that out & inform me that I would need to order & pay for the camera ($350) to see if it worked otherwise it was the screen. I said no, I'm not paying for a part that may or may not work. I was told I would need to pay over $100 for the diagnostic. I said no because it wasn't "diagnosed", spoke to service manager ( after speaking to a couple of different people who didnt know what they were saying) she stated that someone made a mistake in trying to charge me for the part upfront. I at this point didn't feel comfortable with their professionalism (nor service so I stated I did not want them to continue us work nor did I feel I should have to pay for a diagnostic when they clearly didn't figure out the cause of the rear view camera not working. I was made to pay the $100 diagnostic fee and nothing was fixed. This is no the first time the Service dept here has dropped the ball. They have such a high turnover rate in this dept that it seems many people are confused as to job descriptions etc. I can't believe that a Service manager would think that taking my $100 was beneficial to Honda or their dept. we used to get oils changes, wiper blades, tires, everything on our Hondas serviced here. Never again. More
