Afternoon appointment. Diagnosed the initial problem quickly, then found some underlying issues that took more time than expected. I had a recent service appoinment for my 2014 Ridgeline, timing belt, water pump, all fluids etc, so being from a small town without a Honda dealership I made the appointment at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. timing belt, water pump, all fluids etc, so being from a small town without a Honda dealership I made the appointment at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. They knew I was from out-of-town and also knew bad weather was in the forecast. I had made a reservation at a nearby hotel and expected a two day stay. But to my surprise the tech who was working on my Ridgeline worked overtime that evening anf by 12:30 pm the following day my truck was ready for pickup. I made it back home before the weather hit and interstate 40 was shutdown. If the tech and the service managers had not worked together I would still be in Flagstaff, what a remarkable dealership. I want to thank the tech and the service managers for a job so well done, thank you all. More
