Wonderful service, Fast, Reliable and Friendly! Their service here is fast and great. I got my Honda Fit 2017 from here back in June. They even worked for more when I decided to change my car to gra Their service here is fast and great. I got my Honda Fit 2017 from here back in June. They even worked for more when I decided to change my car to gray from silver. The only thing is, it already had 109 miles for the brand new car so my parents talked to them and wanted them to give me the most brand new, very less miles Honda fit and they did. I got the gray one with only 9 miles on it. They worked on it pretty fast and made sure that I go home with satisfaction. Shelby Easton was the one who guided me and showing me the vehicle. He was very friendly and such a great guy! That guy deserves a promotion! He's also always there when I need help. Scott Trent made sure I had everything I needed even until now and made sure I'm happy with my purchase. Riley did my finance and extra paperwork, he probably needs more training but it's okay, he was still good since Donna Gallo did the rest and made sure everything's good. Randy Waites was great as well! Everyone there was wonderful and very understanding. They are like family, you'll feel comfortable with them. Seriously! I also got oil change and car wash recently. I'm very happy with their fast and reliable service. I love my Honda Fit 2017, thanks to everyone here!! Totally recommending everyone to get a vehicle here! More

Dylan and his manager Randy were patient, thoroughly informed, reasonable and made sure we received the best possible service and deal possible. Donna in finance explained the terms and conditions perfectly, gave me advice for making my credit score even better, and the entire process from walking in on Monday and leaving with a new leased car on Wednesday was seamless. The staff at Findlay Toyota, specifically Dylan Andrews, were all very professional and friendly. They asked a ton of questions to determine if the car was right for me, and were able to get it down to a price that fit my budget! They were extremely flexible with what I needed, and the car they put me in is perfect. Randy and Donna were both extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions, while providing me with a friendly and fun atmosphere that didn't feel like the stressful car buying experiences that have heard of. Terrific service! I scheduled an appointment to have my A/C fixed on my 6 year old Honda. Knowledgeable and helpful staff Went in for routine service on my 2006 accord and while waiting began looking at the 2017 model civics. Melissa, the sales associate approached and began to tell me about the features available on the various civic models. I was surprised by the number of trim packages offered under the civic moniker. Melissa walked us through the various trim lines and took us for a drive in a few to compare. We ended up purchasing a new car that day. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and management team that worked hard to get us what we wanted at a very fair price. The GM even installed my floor mats. More
