I purchased a Pre-owned Honda CR-V and was never pressured to buy and have received nothing but friendly, patience and knowledgeable service from sales, finance and the service and parts staff. I am always informed if something else needs servicing that I was not aware of and if it including on my maintenance plan. The finance team always makes time to answer questions that I have even when I have no appointment and it's been over a year since the auto was purchased. The service team even took the time to explain when certain things should be serviced and gave me an estimate cost too. I'd recommend purchasing a vehicle and having it serviced at Findlay Honda.
