Once we purchased the pick-up was easy and he spent over an hour running through all of the features of a modern car (our last new car was a 2004 and things like no keys are weird...). The financing was made easy by Scott collecting all the relevant data so when we arrived, the paperwork was ready for us. Even my three kids were treated well with drinks, cookies, and a video while I completed signing the paperwork. I cannot recommend Findlay Honda enough if you need anew Honda. Skip the Phoenix dealers and buy with ease here in Flagstaff from our neighbors and friends. More

Although I live almost 50 miles from the dealership, I get most of my service done there. I am always met with courtesy and treated well. No place is perfect, but on the one or two occasions, things were not to my expectations they went to all lengths to make sure I was satisfied. I see no reason that I will not continue to take my business there. More
