We get great service, free car washes, and have a great warranty on our new car - Woody and Lynn keep are cars safe.. Went in to look at car...ended up buying I contacted Mimi letting her know I was in the market for a new vehicle. I went in there just to discuss starting the process. Mimi met my mom and I right away, even though she was busy, and introduced us to Scott. Right from the beginning he was friendly and easy to talk to. He is very knowledable about vehicles and made the process simple. Even though I didnt buy a Honda, I feel as though all my requests were met. I feel like I made a new friend and would recommend Scott to everyone. When I went in to sign all the paperwork Donna was very friendly and made the procees go very fast. She was very patient with my 5 year old daughter who asked about all the gadgets in her office. Scott met us after all the paperwork was done and took us to the new car. He took the time to help me unload all my junk from old to new vehicle and go over the features in the new one. He even helped me set up my phone to synch with the blue tooth!! Overall this was a great experience and I walked out wondering how it happened so quickly and effortlessly. More

Our salesman was Jacob Lozano, he was new there and not listed below. After talking to him for a while, we knew he was not new to the car salesman business. He had a good answer for every question we asked about the vehicle we test drove. Very polite and informative, I HIGHLY recommend him if you are planning on buying a new car from Findlay. Once we were set on the car we wanted, then came sales manager Randy; WOW. This man is SOOOO awsome!! There isn’t enough room or time to tell you about Randy. I could tell that Randy did everything in his power to do what he could to try and get us to the payment we wanted. It didn’t quite happen, but, for the customers service I received on 5/19/18, from Jacob, Randy, and Shelby. The extra money was WELL worth it. I highly recommend Findlay Honda, exceptional customer satisfaction, polite, and to me, most of all, NOT PUSHY. I hate those kind of salesman. Thank you Jacob, Randy, and Shelby! David Rios More

I called several dealerships in Arizona some answered but were very rude when I requested certain documents. Some answered about the vehicle but when I requested documents they didnt respond. After calling Findley Honda and spoke to Dan he was nice but then I decided that I was gonna go a different root. Dan would email me asking if i was ok and if I had made up my mind on vehicle choice and even though I was busy and didnt return his calls or emails he was still polite and one day he told me if he was being a bother I should let him know as he didnt want me to be uncomfortable. After this email I was leaned to do business with the manerable gentleman. I emailed him about the vehicle I had in mind and be sent the necessary documents I asked for and he said "so when are you coming to test drive your new ride?" This made me smiled. On visiting the dealership the ambiance was warm and welcoming everyones smile was bright I didnt feel pressured or like I was being forced to make a decision. After test driving with an awesome co pilot who sold that ride all the good things why I should get it and going over number the Randy was so understanding he was like go home and think about it but I know you already chose this ride. After getting home I started thinking that I can get a cheaper ride but the customer service was so excellent I have to go back. At findley they were like your bank is awesome my bank rep was like thats the best dealer Ive dealt with theyll contacted my bank and liaison getting everything in order before I reached. Dan went ahead and searched for the best insurance on my behalf making things so simple. Customer service goes a far way and I give findley honda 10 out of 10. The experience I receiv This is my first Honda purchase in my short 58 years. I did a lot of research on various small SUV's and decided on the CRV. The experience I received at Findlay was great. Shelby was highly knowledgable on the CRV and took the time to explain all the different features the car had to offer. Knowing that I was over-whelmed with all the features he assured me that I could call anytime should I have any questions and he could walk me though them (Knowing that I live 60 mile south). Three days with my new SUV and I am still learning the features but I am enjoying it greatly. I have called with questions and they did walk me through the process just like they promised. In short, I am very pleased with my purchase at Findlay and would highly recommend them to anyone. More
