Donna finished it up in finance with great clarity and simplicity. Then Scott led us through all the new features and workings of the vehicle before we left. When the right car was found, at a price we were willing to pay, our experience at the dealership was exceptional. Polite, courteous, well-informed about models and features, and absolutely NO pressure. The buying process did not take all day (like it often seems to do), and all promises were cheerfully kept. Our salesperson, Scott Trent was pleasant and personable and took the time to explain the features of our new CR-V as well as answer our numerous questions. He even took the time to snyc our phones to the car. Well done, A+++. More

No customer service. When it came to selling the vehicle they were nice. Once they got their money there was 0 communication. The vehicle was supposed to be shipped to me When it came to selling the vehicle they were nice. Once they got their money there was 0 communication. The vehicle was supposed to be shipped to me and it still has not even left their lot its over 2 weeks since all the paperwork was signed. Phone calls and emails were not returned. It took a 3rd person at the dealership who had nothing to do with the sale to intervene and start communicating a little bit after non stop calls and emails. We are still at square one the vehicle has not left their lot. More
