When we walked in we were treated like VIPs and never rushed. The prices shown were more than fair and the transparency of value on the used car I was looking at was much appreciated. The salesman I worked with, Dylan, was patient with me as I waffled on whether I’d actually take the big step to buy a car. He never tried to push me into the purchase or harass me while I weighed my options for a couple days after test driving the car. When I finally decided to go ahead and purchase the car, it was meticulously detailed and all the paperwork was printed and ready to go when I got there. There were no hidden fees and they ensured the car was completely topped up and tuned. New wipers, oil change, fluids all clear, and the tank filled. Though it was a pleasure to work with them, it was also great to know I could leave the lot and not have to go back until I needed an oil change in 6 months. I’ll definitely only be taking it into their service shop. What a great bunch of trustworthy and kind people. More
