Kyle took good care of me with the repair of our Odyssey. I brought our 12-year old Odyssey in for high beams out and one low beam. Low beam bulb replacement on a 2007 Odyssey is difficult, requiring the removal of several body panels and eventually the light assembly itself. Not only did they do this in about an hour and a half, but they checked and replaced two rear bulbs in the taillights and two license plate bulbs as well, to get me back on the road fully legal. They went above and beyond to make sure my old car was doing right. Thanks, Kyle! More

Not once did I feel like I was being bullied or coerced into something I didn't want. He was patient and gave clear answers to any of my concerns. And Donna! Donna made the financial/administrative process as seamless, easy, and expedient as possible and I was amazed at how quickly we finished that phase.
