Exceptional Service Department. I was on a road trip to the Grand Canyon. My 1997 Honda Accord started overheating, most likely due to the high elevation of the area. I called the service department at Findlay Honda and explained the issues I was having. They gave me step-by-step advice allowing me to limp my car into the service department. Once at the service department, everyone was courteous and polite, they diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately, the car had a catastrophic failure of the cooling system and was not worth repairing. Regardless of the outcome of the car, the service department was amazing. They even provided me with shuttle service in the Flagstaff area. This allowed me to get lunch and make arrangements for the continuation of my road trip. More
