Exceptional 5+ stars While driving up from Phoenix to Flagstaff for the holiday weekend we hit a deer. While the car suffered a great deal of damage to the driver's front While driving up from Phoenix to Flagstaff for the holiday weekend we hit a deer. While the car suffered a great deal of damage to the driver's front panel, the car was drivable, with the exception of a loud rubbing sound. Unsure if the car was ok to drive back down to Phoenix, 100 miles, I called Findlay. I spoke with a lovely lady named Mary who said they would be happy to look at it for me and to bring it in. We met with a young man named Kyle who said give me 20 minutes and showed us to their beautiful waiting area. Fifteen minutes later we was back to give us the great news! He said your good to go, just a couple of minor adjustments and the car is ok! I asked for the charge and he responded with no charge! After a very stressful and traumatic experience it was wonderful encounter such caring and kind individuals and for this I am truly grateful! I wish I bought my car from this dealership! I told him I was going on an 18 hour road trip alone , and I wanted an oil change and safety inspection., and I got so much more. They did a detailed inspection inspection on my vehicle, and Kyle called me about the things they found that may be of concern on the vehicle and they replaced them on the spot . When I picked up my vehicle he went over the inspection they performed as well as the bill in detail ( which is important to me being a female college student). I was charged very reasonable prices and there was no doubt in my mind about the integrity of the service I received . Before I left I also encountered the service manager, Mimi, who inquired about the quality of my service, as well as my satisfaction with my repair . Everyone went so far above and beyond for me during my service visit that I will not service anywhere else ! More

Best dealership ever! I haven’t had the pleasure of buying a car from Honda, but I do take my car in for service any time it’s necessary. I literally would not go anywhere I haven’t had the pleasure of buying a car from Honda, but I do take my car in for service any time it’s necessary. I literally would not go anywhere else in town, and I know there are many people that believe the same. Despite not buying a car from here, I do know the sales department is top notch and unrivaled in customer service in Flagstaff and all of Northern Arizona— lets just say the whole state! Everybody is always smiling, friendly, super loving of my dogs when I bring them in, and really the whole atmosphere is just amazing. The service department delivers the best experience possible considering it’s not always convenient when car issues happen. Quick to answer the phones or greet you upon arrival, honest and straightforward, and they always update you on what’s going on. I would also highly suggest Kyle as your go-to guy! All around the whole dealership is just awesome! Thumbs up to everybody. More
