Honda..a friend indeed Recently my wife and I were driving from Show Low, Az to our home in Bullhead City and hit a piece of metal on the highway that destroyed the rear tir Recently my wife and I were driving from Show Low, Az to our home in Bullhead City and hit a piece of metal on the highway that destroyed the rear tire and cracked the wheel. My wife had just been released from the hospital after having a heart attack so the incident demanded immediate attention, Pep Boys was my first stop and the tire was replaced but since the cracked wheel prevented it from holding air. I managed to get to Findlay Honda and explained my situation to Kyle Albert, the service representative. He immediately checked to see if the dealership had a wheel in the parts department. Unfortunately, they did not so he got approval from the manager to take a wheel off one of the new vehicles on the lot. After a few hours, we were on our way home. This kind of attention is deserving of the highest rating I can give and will ensure my devotion to Honda. More

We didn’t know it at the time but were extremely fortunate that she was towed to Findlay Honda in Flagstaff, AZ. The AC compressor had seized and the drive belt disintegrated. Service Advisor Kyle Albert proved extremely knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and courteous. He arranged for replacement parts to be overnighted to the dealership so my daughter could resume her journey as soon as possible. The service department repaired the vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Kyle and everybody we interacted with at the dealership treated my daughter with respect, courtesy, and gave us comfort knowing she was being assisted as if she had been a long-time customer. These are quality people at a quality dealership and truly exemplified the best anybody could hope to expect in this situation. We are truly grateful! More

They inspected the car for other damages, fixed the plate and cleaned my car, and all of that for free! I really appreciate the service and will definitely go back there for regular maintenance. Superb Service! Thanks Kyle Albert! My partner was getting his Honda serviced on 7/20/19 and I drove to the Honda dealership to pick him up in my Ford. There was a nail in my tire and I My partner was getting his Honda serviced on 7/20/19 and I drove to the Honda dealership to pick him up in my Ford. There was a nail in my tire and I asked Kyle Albert at the service center if he could patch it up while we waited. He said unfortunately the nail was in an unfixable spot, but that he could put on my spare tire. He did it free of charge and in less that 30 minutes. (And it was a Ford!) I was blown away by the excellent service at Honda! Thank you!! More
We got the service you hope to get from a car dealership! We live in California and our daughter graduated college, got married and moved to Ohio. She needed a better vehicle than the minivan, we bought befor We live in California and our daughter graduated college, got married and moved to Ohio. She needed a better vehicle than the minivan, we bought before she was born, she used at college. Obviously after paying for college, a wedding and younger siblings starting college we needed 'the best car at the best price' meaning cheap. We managed to find a Honda Element from a private party that was supposed to be a 'grandma car'. It had low miles, looked great and the price was in the 'blue book' range. We did our best 'due diligence' and decided to pay the money and take our chances. We packed the first 22 years of our daughters life into the vehicle and headed for Ohio. About 10:30 at night and 100 miles west of Flagstaff the vehicle lost acceleration. The fears and dread was crushing. It took 2 hours but we were able to get the vehicle to Flagstaff under what little power the vehicle was able to put out.I walked into the service department of Findlay Honda Flagstaff at 7:15 AM hoping there could be a time that day to get the vehicle checked maybe even fixed in a couple of days. Dylan Beamer was standing at his station and he was surrounded by service reqs that were to be completed that day. I thought we would be lucky to be out of there by the weekend. I explained; he listened well; took the keys; told me to wait in the lounge; got the car and drove it into the garage. He came to me about a half hour later said the codes indicated there was problem with the valves allowing oil to cycle through the engine. I thought that sounded expensive to fix but I really didn't have any options. He then told me that someone came in with this problem at some point in the past and they replaced the valves and the problem returned so then they changed the oil and that fixed the problem. They would do an oil change and see if that would solve the problem before they did anything else. He came in and told me the oil change solved the problem and that the mechanic checked everything else on the car and overall it was in great shape. We were back on the road to Ohio by 10 AM and we made it to Ohio with no other problems. One can tell a lot about a business by their employees' persona. We sat in the waiting room and watched everything that happened there. The sales staff looked and acted happy to be there. A camaraderie was evident between the service staff. The fact that the service staff is stable and remembers unconventional solutions to problems is priceless. That people who have never been to Flagstaff before and will probably never be back, can walk in with a problem and have solved as it was, shows that Findlay Honda Flagstaff cares as much for people as the bottom line. If it wasn't for all of California's crazy regulations, I would drive to Flagstaff to buy a new vehicle and seriously consider having them service it. More

Randy was so much help and made sure that I was completely satisfied before making my purchase. He even got me a shockingly great deal that I know I would not have found anywhere else.
