I drove in to Findlay Honda early the next morning and received immediate and highly professional treatment, even though I did not have an appointment. The tire was quickly repaired at no charge, and I continued on my vacation. My thanks to Kyle and the service team at Findlay Honda. I made the right choice with Findlay Honda! I was in the market for buying a new vehicle. I had made many visits to other dealerships in my local city. I noticed each of their customer service s I was in the market for buying a new vehicle. I had made many visits to other dealerships in my local city. I noticed each of their customer service skills was a bit off, as in some dealerships were rushing to make a deal with me and send me on my way with a new vehicle, and ripping me off by having me pay a little more than its real and fair value. I like to negotiate with them to buy at a fair price. One dealership even sent me on my way, because I compared of how much a better deal I could get with another dealership. They said, "well then go ahead and buy that vehicle since it is a better offer," not willing to do a price comparison or price match. I also told some other dealerships that I would think about it first and get back to them, but they would rush me to get it by saying something like, "this is a limited deal and this vehicle might be sold by tomorrow." However, they kept calling me and left me voicemail messages on other days afterwards asking me to come back to make a deal on that same vehicle. This was said similarly by multiple dealerships. Some dealerships even offered me some water while I was sitting in the office, and went to go get it, but they ended up talking to their co-workers, and then came back to their office without water. Not cool because I really wanted water that time, and the dealer had literally asked me if I wanted water. Findlay Honda stood out to me the most, because I had not experienced these type of behaviors by them. I had worked with Sean and he was most respectful. He was patient and had answered any questions that I had about their vehicles on the market. He totally resolved my concerns that I had (and even my concerns for my concerns, lol). He even gave me some complimentary water bottles for my party that I was with and cookies and bought me some chips! There was no popcorn, but that was okay. The best part of it, was he went to go get it for me, as I was new to the Findlay Honda dealership. I immediately thought this customer experience was going way above and beyond. We took a very helpful test drive in the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very insightful and gave me a few cool tips on what the vehicle's features had. He never said "I don't know." If I didn't like something, he did his best to make up for it in introducing a convincingly better point of view, especially about the vehicle's features. He never got mad nor impatient, and was chill all the way. Very professional. I probably would have abandoned Findlay Honda if I experienced any kind of rushing and impatient behavior from them, but thankfully I did not. I told Sean I would think about my decision and would come back later. It took me about a month to come back, and I had not experienced any voicemails during that time, asking me to come back and talk about making a deal. I was thankful for that, because I wasn't pressured to come back. My schedule can get very busy, and I needed more time to think about it.. When I came back, I was welcomed by Sean and we made a great deal. He gave me some good discounts. I enjoyed that this dealer was willing to work with me. We talked over some features to be added, like window tinting, and I got it for free. We also got vouchers for some free oil changes, which was very nice. There is even a car wash at this dealership! Overall, this dealer did an outstanding job in helping me purchase my new vehicle with excellent confidence. Keep up the good work! More

great service I received a call from the GM stating the tire on my wife's car was too bad to let her drive 70 miles home. I told the GM I just ordered tires and they were to be delivered in 2 days. Once they arrived I took them to the dealer and they installed them. We returned the loaner car. everything was perfect. Findlay Honda please keep exceeding our expectations. More
Above and Beyond Service This was my second visit to the Honda dealership (in the last two months) and my expectations have been exceeded both times. I came in to the Service This was my second visit to the Honda dealership (in the last two months) and my expectations have been exceeded both times. I came in to the Service Center because of a nail in my tire (both times unfortunately). Dylan Beamer greeted me right away and was able to take in my car immediately without an appointment. It's also good to note that I have a Ford, yet they still accepted my vehicle in the shop. After a short wait, Dylan popped in the waiting area to let me know that it would only be a few more minutes. To top it all off, he washed me car for free! I was in and out in less than a half hour. Patch job looks great, excellent service, short wait time, what more could you ask for?! More
