Unexpected Service Recently we took our 16 year old Honda Accord to Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. We were greeted by Woody Westerfield, who called us by name immediately. Recently we took our 16 year old Honda Accord to Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. We were greeted by Woody Westerfield, who called us by name immediately. From the moment we began talking with Woody, we felt good. Not only is he a friendly, personable person, buy his knowledge of our car was superb. I never once felt like I was being talked down to. I know I asked silly questions, but he answered me respectfully every time. We were kept informed of the process all along. When an unexpected repair item surfaced, he didn’t just tell us about it, he took us out into the service bay and showed us exactly what they had found. I have been doing business with the Honda dealer in Flagstaff for over 30 years, both in purchasing vehicles and getting them serviced. I have never had an experience like this one. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible our experience was, and of course, it was all generated by Woody Westerfield. Incredibly grateful. More

Incredible experience It was last Saturday afternoon....An alert was presented that the battery on the FOB needs to be replaced? What? I looked in the owners manual and no It was last Saturday afternoon....An alert was presented that the battery on the FOB needs to be replaced? What? I looked in the owners manual and no details on how to do that? If the battery goes out, how will the car start? well.......I pulled into the dealership and was greeted by Woody Westerfield....what a great guy....he showed ho to replace the batteries and led us to the parts dept....battery was switched in 2 minutes...and as I was waiting Woody told me that he was going to have it washed!!! What?? how great is that!! I can't call a more helpful Service writer as great as Woody, and I have met my fair share of them....Thank Woody for a great experience More

Sean's the man I worked with Sean for four months before I was ready to purchase my passport. Never once was I pressured. While traveling through Flagstaff we barley made it to Findlay Honda with a failed alternator. Dylan and the entire service department scrambled to our aid and got us back on the road in record time.
