Excellence in Flagstaff I towed my 2014 Honda CRV behind our motorhome, arriving in Flagstaff AZ on a Friday afternoon. Upon unhooking and starting the car, I saw several in I towed my 2014 Honda CRV behind our motorhome, arriving in Flagstaff AZ on a Friday afternoon. Upon unhooking and starting the car, I saw several indicators were lit up. Something was seriously wrong and, after leafing through the manual finding nothing, I decided to search for a Honda dealer in the area. Findlay Honda was nearby. I called them thinking there was little chance they could see me on such short notice, but why not try?. Kyle Albert in the Service Dept answered the phone and, after checking with a technician. said I could drive over and they would try to help. I arrived about 3 pm, and was greeted almost immediately by Kyle in the service bay. He checked me in quickly and, in less than 2 hours, came into the waiting room and told me I was in luck! The braking system fuse had blown and they replaced it. Problem solved! Kyle is honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I complimented him to his manager, and am happily writing this review in gratitude for his great service. I recommend Findlay Honda for your Honda service needs. Ask for Kyle Albert! More

They are the best - hands down! This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them. They are exceptional; we would not go anywhere else. How often can you say that?
