As a Honda owner for 16 years, I have traveled extensively with my 2004 CRV across the United States, and have had it serviced at dozens of Honda dealerships. In my honest opinion, this dealership stands out as the nations best. The staff at Findlay Honda are genuine people who only want to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Dylan Beamer was just exceptional. He was in constant contact with me regarding the issue, constant contact with the Honda dealership in North Carolina that had mishandled the same issue a year earlier, as well as the national auto parts retailer responsible for the faulty component. This was an issue that took a month's time to resolve, an issue that Findlay had to repair due to previous error. Dylan was relentless in his assistance so that I wouldn't be held financially responsible. I've not found this level of customer attention and care at any other dealership in my 223,000 miles. I can't thank Dylan and the team at Findlay Honda enough. Because of their diligence, I was able to have my car ready and serviced with the issue entirely resolved, in time for me to make a 2500 mile trip to the east coast. This dealership values their customers unlike any other and are trustworthy and reliable. Truly the best Honda dealership I have ever been to in the United States. The most horrible in recent memory was I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. Like most people I avoid high pressure mind game dealerships. The most horrible in recent memory was a GM dealership in Flagstaff. I could not stand to return to that dealership when it came time to purchase a new vehicle. Instead, I walked into Findlay Honda in Flagstaff and had a positive and relatively straightforward experience. This sales staff all the way up was calm, easy to talk with, clean cut, and no one had tatoos. We negotiated the purchase, I did not have to play the waiting game, and no one attempted to corner me in an office space to play mind games. Nice! Scott Trent was our sales rep. I was pleased with his performance. I will most likely return to Findaly Honda for another purchase. More

My college age daughter and I had left Phoenix the day before to begin a long road trip return to Wisconsin. Her Civic was solidly packed full of items from her apartment. We had planned a first night stay in Flagstaff and made the (very convenient) service appointment at Findlay Honda, a place we had never been before. Couldn't have asked for a more accommodating service person or facility. Everything was handled online, when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a smile and a quick let me get Riley for you. Riley took us to the car that had been detailed and was waiting for us in the car bay and was encouraged to take it for a test drive, Danielle showed us how to work everything, Dylan made the financing part anxiety free and Jacob thanked us for driving all the way from Las Vegas to Flagstaff to buy the car.
