We just purchased a used Honda Pilot from Findlay Honda, and I could not be happier! It was a busy day for the dealership, but the staff was kind, patient, and amiable through the whole process. Poor customer service and the service advisor lied to me. This service department used to be so good! I don't know what has happened, but the last two times I went in, the service was terrible. My Honda is still under factory warranty and the service department was unable or unwilling to effect repairs. I had to take the care to an independent shop to have it fixed. They were able to do work that Findlay couldn't or wouldn't. Very disappointing. More

Service reveiw We were driving from Scottsdale to Colorado (through Flagstaff) when our the transmission began to overheat. It was mid-day and over 100 degrees. We called and spoke to Kyle, who indicated it would not be a problem, but that we needed to stop driving for 15 minutes to cool the transmission. He said he would ensure he got us taken care of the same day as long as we got there. We followed his instructions and made it to the dealership. He was a pleasure to deal with. More
It took me 4 trips to fix the problem. No, I’m not going back there ever! I took my 2018 Civic to a routine oil change/maintenance, plus it started to shake when driving so they did tire balance and align back there ever! After I left Findlay Honda I noticed some noise when I brake and car started shaking which didn’t happen before. I called them and took my car back a few days later. Then they told me I need 2 tires! I didn’t even drive 100 miles since I left Findlay, I was told my tires are all good for another 10,000 miles, now you are telling me to buy tires? After they installed 2 tires, low tire pressure light came on. So I took it back, they told me they didn’t calibrate the new tires right. Ok, no big deal, they quickly fixed it and I was on my way. Then it happened again! So back to the shop, again, they told me they didn’t calibrate right. Are you kidding me? If they can’t do something so minor thing right, how can I trust them to care my car? So, no, don’t go to the service department, I don’t trust them. More
Trouble on I-40 I was driving cross country from Palm Springs, California on 6/22/2020. At approximately 11:30 am as I was exiting from I-40 to fill up with fuel, wa I was driving cross country from Palm Springs, California on 6/22/2020. At approximately 11:30 am as I was exiting from I-40 to fill up with fuel, warnings of the dash of my Acura TLX started flashing. I had no idea what was happening and I started to panic. I pulled into the parking lot of Napa Auto Parts to try to figure out what to do next. I went into the store and inquired if there is an Acura dealership in Flagstaff. A salesman told me that there was no Acura dealership but Findlay Honda was about 5 miles away. After I made sure that the car was safe to drive, I slowly drove to Findlay Honda. The service representative assisted me right away. Since I had no appointment, he informed me that it may be close to 4 hours before a technician would be able to check my car! It seemed like a long wait but I was glad that at least the car would be checked out that day. While waiting, the salesman kept me informed of the progress. I was extremely glad when he returned after about 2 hours of waiting to tell me that the problem was resolved and that the car was going to be ready in a few minutes. I resumed my journey with no problems encountered along the way. I was able to get to my destination and back to Palm Springs safely. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the great service that I received. If it had not been for Findlay Honda, I would have not been able to continue my journey to visit family in St. Louis, MO. Thank you Findlay Honda. More
