Yet, they still honored the discount. I offered to pay full price as it was an honest and rare mistake, but they insisted on giving the discount anyway. Quality work, friendly employees, and integrity. That’s why I drive an hour to get my car serviced at Findlay. I’m not one to ever write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. More

Very disappointed in my service experience. I came in for a new AC compressor under warranty and several fluid changes were also recommended. I was initially over-quoted for the services until I brought up t a new AC compressor under warranty and several fluid changes were also recommended. I was initially over-quoted for the services until I brought up the website, which showed lower prices. I ended up getting the recommended services at the lower prices and the service advisor said he would order the new AC compressor and it should be in within a couple days. Two weeks later I called because I hadn’t heard anything. A different service advisor said he would discuss with the parts dept. and call me right back. Never heard from him. Now over four weeks later, I try calling again (several times on different days), but no one even answers the phone...at least the staff is friendly when they are available. More

Dylan Beamer and Mimi Vessey in the service department are always friendly and are quick to make sure my vehicle is serviced in a timely manner and always with a free carwash. The whole team at Findlay Honda Flagstaff really make you feel like a member of their family. I Have never been to any other dealership that truly stands up to the VIP commitment.
