Our service experience exceeded expectations again. We easily scheduled the service online and checked in on time. At check-in we noticed a screw in a tire and asked that it be removed. When we picked up easily scheduled the service online and checked in on time. At check-in we noticed a screw in a tire and asked that it be removed. Excellent customer service. Called early on a Thursday for an appointment and Kyle set me up for a same day visit. Arrived and was treated fantastically while they service my Honda CRV. Requested an oil c for an appointment and Kyle set me up for a same day visit. Arrived and was treated fantastically while they service my Honda CRV. Requested an oil change and tire rotation. They inspected the tires and told me they didn’t need rotation and didn’t charge me for it (pleasantly surprised). They also washed the vehicle which dirty needed it as part of the service. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend Kyle in services. More

A wonderful buying experience! I did not intend to buy a new vehicle when I went to get an oil change but after I drove the CRV I knew I had to upgrade to a 2021 EXL. Sales (Ian) and the GM (Jacob) made my new vehicle when I went to get an oil change but after I drove the CRV I knew I had to upgrade to a 2021 EXL. In December 2020 I drove from Phoenix to Flagstaff when my CRV gave me a message that needed to be checked out ASAP.
