Toyota is unable to fix this based on the location of the metal, but service staff gave me some options of places that will fix the tire for free. Done right by me I had a simple oil change that manifested into big mechanical issues with my car post service. Quick and great service I was in for an oil change August 2nd with a 4 pm appointment time. While my service adviser was busy with another client, the other service adviser I was in for an oil change August 2nd with a 4 pm appointment time. While my service adviser was busy with another client, the other service adviser quickly checked me in and I went into the waiting room. Expecting to wait 90 minutes as that seems to be a typical wait time when I have had a 7:30 am appointment to my surprise 45 minutes later my vehicle had the oil changed, tires rotated and a car wash. This is the best service I have received to date and I have been coming to this dealership since they were Downtown Toyota. Thanks so much! More
