Service is poor quality I had my second oil change done today at this dealership for the new car that I purchased from them 12 months earlier. The technicians left my car dirty, didn't clean up their trash, one windshield wiper was left up, and the car wash that was suppose to be included was not completed as promised. I should have never purchased additional oil changes at the time of purchase as I will not be back... unbelievable. More
Goes above and beyond the call of duty I have been working with Chris for a few years now. Just one example is trying to find me a deal on winter tires... and he did just that. On other occasions he would come to the waiting area to keep me posted on the status of whatever I had to have serviced (ie oil change) and how much longer it may take to complete. Nice to feel not forgotten while waiting.This may not seem like much to some, it is important to me since in my work, time is of the essence. He always welcomes with a smile, makes me feel important as a valued customer. He is personable and professional. More
Not willing to do Toyota warranty service I had a tire blowout on the highway on the way to take my mom to the airport. I stopped in to this location to get help. My tires were purchased less than a year ago, from a Toyota dealership, therefore covered under Toyota warranty. The service guys told me that they didn't do warranty work on tires purchased through Toyota and I needed to drive my van with a flat tire 30 miles to Parker Toyota. I'm so disappointed in the lack of care this dealership had for me being stranded in Spokane with a minivan with a flat tire. More
Service manager not an advocate for customer. We contacted the Service manager at downtown Toyota over the lack of quality of our interior door panels in our 2016 Tundra Crew Max Limited. They We contacted the Service manager at downtown Toyota over the lack of quality of our interior door panels in our 2016 Tundra Crew Max Limited. They are the cheapest, poorest quality plastic door panels of any vehicle we have ever owned. We take meticulous care of this truck and yet the door panels show blueish scratches by the door handles. I don't wear rings or have long finger nails. The truck is pretty much a garage queen and not a work truck. We had the service manager look it over and take pictures to send to Toyota. We finally got a call back after more than a week. The service manager said he turned in the picts and information to Toyota and they said it wasn't a problem to them. I hoped the service manager might keep working for us and go higher in the company. Nope. We are on our own. We also have a 2015 Highlander with less than 7 K miles that is pristine as well. Both fairly expensive vehicles purchased new. If this is Toyota quality and customer non service we won't continue to be loyal Toyota customers. More

After having my vehicle repaired at another shop for many years, I gave Larry Miller Toyota a try. They were very friendly and honest, telling me exactly what was needed to be done with my vehicle, saving me quite a bit of money, compared to what it would have cost me if I had taken it to my old repair shop. I am so grateful to them! More

Great deal and great service I bought new tires online and planned on paying over $800 but when I picked up my car the bill was only $630. What a pleasant surprise! A productive & happy day I took the day off to take both my Tundra truck and Highlander SUV in for service. The Tundra doesn't get driven often but it did need an oil ch I took the day off to take both my Tundra truck and Highlander SUV in for service. The Tundra doesn't get driven often but it did need an oil change and a inspection to look for potential problems. With the truck in the service bay by 0730, I took off to find breakfast along 3rd Avenue. I found Molly's down the street & wasn't disappointed. Sated with breakfasted, I walked back to Downtown Toyota. There I amused myself for another hour and some, when Chris called me & said it was done. I went to the service counters, signed all the paperwork, bought an oil change special, paid right there by debit card and was out to the parking area to get my truck. The truck was washed and it was nice to have all the bugs across the front end removed. Now I could see properly, especially driving towards the sun! It was great start for the day, fast service & no problems with the truck, a hearty breakfast, and an energized start to running errands. Errands complete, I went home to claim the Highlander SUV. I arrived at the dealer at 1151 and was out the door to find lunch before noon. The SUV needed its 30,000 mile routine maintenance. So the wait was longer upon returning from lunch as the service efforts were more extensive and complicated. I waited in the service lounge and got a nap too. At 1430, Luke came to tell me it was done. This was was a duplicate of the first transaction minus the oil change special. It was an easy day & everything went right. Errands completed, both vehicles serviced with no hassles, it just can't get better than that. Thank you Downtown Toyota! Gene More
