Where do I start?? From keeping my truck for 3 days shy of 3 weeks, to him dropping the ball several times by ordering wrong parts, to the text message he left me from his personal cell that he gave me, ab of 3 weeks, to him dropping the ball several times by ordering wrong parts, to the text message he left me from his personal cell that he gave me, about what a terrible customer and person I am. I was never dishonest about how I damaged my truck. He gave me multiple different quotes with all of the wrong parts. Admitted and then later lied about damaging my Fender Flare on my truck. I have pictures/videos of my truck before it was taken to the dealership. I have tons of text messages between Andrew and I. He continually promised things that he could not deliver on. AVOID THIS GUY AND THIS DEALERSHIP!! here is the text that he left me: For one this is my personal number and you bugging me on my day off doesnt make me want to continue to be on your side. The truck either gets done today or tomorrow. You broke your truck and werent honest from the get go on how it happened. Personally you have been a really difficult customer to deal with so i say tomorrow is the best course of action as i am done dealing with your attitude and your me first attitude. You have had a second vehicle to use this whole time and dont need your truck back as you have the day off. You can pick your truck up tomorrow, ill order you a Lyft ride back to the dealer and deal with you tomorrow. Have a nice rest of your night Michael. More

I was very disappointed. After paying $300 for detail I was very disappointed. After paying $300 for detail service, I received a car wash--and not a very good one at that. Previous details at other T I was very disappointed. After paying $300 for detail service, I received a car wash--and not a very good one at that. Previous details at other Toyota dealerships have repaired minor scratches--not here. I take very good care of my car; perhaps they thought it was already done and so they did nothing. I've had detail service in the past--elsewhere--much better, and less expensive. I also asked to get an estimate of what my car would be worth as a trade-in on a new car. The receptionist went to one salesman. He came out of his office, walked toward me, looked at me, paused, then told her to get someone else. She did. The second salesman came out, looked at me, then he also paused, then told her to get another salesperson. There were no other customers in the showroom. I believe these men did not want to deal with an older woman with no “man” present, so they did not want to “waste their time” on me. That’s how it felt to me—obvious discrimination. The receptionist then got a third person, a very young salesman, who was pleasant, informative, though not very thorough. However, he was kind, and that helped after the rudeness of the two other men. I called and explained my two main concerns—the poor detail job and the rude treatment—to a manager. He listened, offered to have the detail done again. when I called to confirm the detail, I left two messages for him. He did not return my calls, but a person who did take one call said their detail would not correct any scratches. I cancelled the detail. This whole incident convinced me that I will never go to Larry H. Miller Toyota again. More
This guy is the best I've met in the car business. I came in with lots of questions on my mind not knowing how to ask them. It's like he saw it on my face and had the courage to ask and grab me aside. came in with lots of questions on my mind not knowing how to ask them. It's like he saw it on my face and had the courage to ask and grab me aside. He listens to what the customer wants. He answered all my questions and if not he found the right one to answer it for me, while asking for my permission to do so. A very honest man. I would recommend him 100%. Very patient and loving gentleman. More

Obviously I love Toyota having driven Toyotas for most of the last 40 years. And I've been very, very happy with LHM Toyota. I can trust the service without question, and that is a huge relief. My recent purchase of a new Toyota went through without a glitch, smooth and as simple as buying a new car can be, thanks to Kylar in service who helped transition me to Sales where Tavan saw me through. Excellent people in every interaction all the time. Thank you. More
Took my Camry in for cruise control issue. They said I was there for AC issue but were willing to see me anyway. 5.5 hours later (their manual said job should take a bit under one hour) I got the car back was there for AC issue but were willing to see me anyway. 5.5 hours later (their manual said job should take a bit under one hour) I got the car back after they said they'd replaced the switch behind the brake pedal and tested it. $130 for a small plastic switch. Started home and found cruise control still didn't work. Called next day; was told next step is to replace a piece in steering wheel; almost $400. Seems their method is to just keep replacing parts and charging for them until they hit the right one. Called my regular mechanic; he said if the part doesn't cure the problem, then reinstall the old one. You be the judge. Only positive side was they waived some labor charges. More

No communication, no returned phone calls This week it will be 3 WEEKS my car has been in for service. I was told it would be 3 days. I have left multiple messages for a status update, but all are ignored. Then when confronted, Dave, a service manager, lied and said he left me a message, which he did not. This was my 2nd car from Miller Toyota; you can bet there won't be a third. More
