Slow tire leak repaired I brought my car in because the tire light went on the first day. A few days later, the tire light went on again, so I took it in to be checked. This time they did a thorough inspection of the tire and found that there was a leak in the bead seal. They fixed the problem so that it won't happen again. I was happy that the situation was resolved and Toyota took the time it took to resolve the problem. More

Quickly and kindly resolved I took my vehicle in for an oil change and discussed with the adviser that the truck jerked and lurched when applying the breaks. The service team cleaned the breaks, but the symptoms did not change. I contacted the service manager to discuss this and he quickly got back to me. He immediately apologized and agreed to reduce the cost of new pads/rotors by the cost of the brake system cleaning which I feel is fair and appropriate. More

We told her that we were going to walk down the street and go to breakfast. We were offered a ride but declined. Figured we needed the exercise. We weren't half way finished with breakfast and received a call to tell us that the service was performed, tires rotated and the car was washed. Very efficient!! More

People were very helpful. New building poorly designed. Service entrance is a two lane wind-tunnel, opening to the prevailing winds. Signs would have been helpful to indicate which end to enter. (Actually the direction changed while I was there). High ceilings and a lot of glass provided intense glare which coatings and shades did little to ameliorate. Summer will make this problem more apparent. More
