We walked in to Larry H Miller Toyota to ask about a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma we were considering purchasing from a out of state dealer. Daniel did not have to advise us in any way but he told us what t pre-owned Toyota Tacoma we were considering purchasing from a out of state dealer. Daniel did not have to advise us in any way but he told us what to look for. After taking the truck for a test drive, we inspected the undercarriage, and reported our findings to him. He told us what he thought and said it sounded like we were getting a good deal - certainly a good truck! Daniel did not have to tell us anything! The truck was not in LHM inventory. He was gracious to us even though he was not making a sale. We did not purchase the pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from the Idaho dealer. We went back to Larry H Miller Toyota that afternoon. Daniel listened to us and was sensitive to our concerns and our needs. He made suggestions but did not pressure us at all. The next day we went back, took the truck for a test drive and made a deal. Everyone at the dealership was kind to us during the whole process. Daniel went above and beyond the call of duty before AND after the sale. We highly recommend Larry H Miller Toyota Spokane, WA.
