Amy was very helpful and persistent to assist me in getting the best vehicle for my family. She was also very respectful of my time considering I had a sick child at home. Recently I bought a Toyota from Larry H. Miller Toyota. I was up tight about doing this because of other experiences in other less able Automotive sales offices. What happened at L H Miller was an outstanding experience. My fear of buying a car was totally removed because of the treatment my wife and I received by Jason Stadden who is Larry H Miller's internet Sales Manager. He had the car, he brought the estimate below what I expected, and he treated us with respect and kindness even when we had to be checked for the homeland security process. During our buying of the car he continued to find ways for us to save money (as opposed to charge us more for options that we did not need). The remarkable financing of some Toyotas this time of year is that Toyota is offering 0% money for 48 months----I was not aware of that and Jason basically showed us that option. A special thank you to the business people behind the action we were also treated to meeting Jeannie Stangle who was clear and effective in explaining all the paths to buying and financing our new car. AND last but not least, The car we bought had a scratch on the side door---Jason got my wife and I a night in the Davenport while their shop fixed the repair issue. IN SHORT IF YOU ARE IN NEED FOR A NEW OR USED CAR GO TO LARRY H. MILLER. Ask for Jason !!!! I am not being paid in any way to write this review. I called and was given the first possible time and date to get my highlander serviced. I was unable to start it without a jump. I got it to the dealer and also found that it required a recall action. I was told I could get it repaired and the recall done that same day. I was kept informed of the progress on a regular time frame. I had the battery replaced and the recall work completed at the time stated. More

This was our first purchase at any dealer anywhere, so needless to say we were complete newbies and had a lot of questions. We paid cash for our car, our entire savings pretty much, so we wanted to make s needless to say we were complete newbies and had a lot of questions. We paid cash for our car, our entire savings pretty much, so we wanted to make sure we understood every little thing. We had a ton of (what must have been) annoying little questions, and Jason Stadden was incredibly patient with us. Although I did feel hurried in my purchase decision, and did not like that (that's really the only reason why I can't give service & overall experience a 5) when we made it clear that we needed all of these annoying questions answered, Jason was very helpful and answered them all to our satisfaction. We were there to purchase a particular vehicle we had found online, and though that one had been sold earlier in the day, we were able to get another one, same model, and probably better than what we had originally come for. We purchased a powertrain warranty that we soon decided we didn't need, and getting it refunded was relatively painless...some paperwork and some waiting, but all in all uneventful. The dealership also refunded an overcharge for licensing fees, which we hadn't even noticed had happened--the check just showed up in the mail! We lived in Walla Walla at the time, and did everything (besides picking up the car) over the phone and internet, and it all went smoothly. All in all, I would commend the folks we dealt with in sales, finance, and title departments as highly professional and easy to work with, with obvious integrity. More

Before test driving any cars, we figured out what would work best for my budget, and went from there. He was able to come within 30$ of my intended payment, and I didn't even feel the need to get it down further because the service I received was truly exceptional. We walked in to Larry H Miller Toyota to ask about a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma we were considering purchasing from a out of state dealer. Daniel did not have to advise us in any way but he told us what to look for. After taking the truck for a test drive, we inspected the undercarriage, and reported our findings to him. He told us what he thought and said it sounded like we were getting a good deal - certainly a good truck! Daniel did not have to tell us anything! The truck was not in LHM inventory. He was gracious to us even though he was not making a sale. We did not purchase the pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from the Idaho dealer. We went back to Larry H Miller Toyota that afternoon. Daniel listened to us and was sensitive to our concerns and our needs. He made suggestions but did not pressure us at all. The next day we went back, took the truck for a test drive and made a deal. Everyone at the dealership was kind to us during the whole process. Daniel went above and beyond the call of duty before AND after the sale. We highly recommend Larry H Miller Toyota Spokane, WA.
