Great Salesperson Interaction Went on TrueCar app and sent message that I was interested in a used car. Brittany called me back and we set up a time to go and look at car. This was the first of 6 used cars that I went to see that day. The only item that I wanted that the car did not have was a sunroof. While we were looking at other cars in town, she calls me and says that it can be installed. By her going out of her way and going the extra mile to see if that could be done and then following up with me, that sold me on the car. Great people to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them when shopping for a used car. More
Always an Excellent Service Experience Okay... This is sort of a "Bad News - Good News" story; So I call in for a quick service on short notice... To my chagrin my Trusted Personal Service Okay... This is sort of a "Bad News - Good News" story; So I call in for a quick service on short notice... To my chagrin my Trusted Personal Service Rep, Luke Arneson is out because he hurt his leg... Okay... that was the bad news, but fortunately he is well on the road to recovery... So another able Service Rep jumps in and get's me all set up... My car is ready before promised and who should be at Luke's Service Desk, but my favorite Service Manager, Gary Hommel! We go way back. He sees me crossing the parking lot and waves me in . So we get caught up on what's happening in our lives... chat a bit and view a couple photos of our travels on Route66. So... we wrap up the paperwork and before I know it my car's out in the lane and ready to go. I don't imagine many folks anticipate getting their car serviced... But I do. It is always easy to set up... get in and get out... while having the opportunity to pass the time with my friends at Larry Miller Downtown Toyota! What a Dealership!! More
