I went through the Costco program and Ron Girkins contacted me within minutes after sending in my contact information through the Costco program to schedule a meeting. During our meeting my wife and I found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional about the car we were interested in. We purchased the Highlander SE and added a few options that would take a few days to install. Ron updated us daily on when the car would be ready to pick up. When picking up the car my wife and I were impressed that Ron would come in on his day off to go over all the features and answer all of our questions before taking the car.
