Great cars, great service I don't normally leave reviews but I think this one needs to be done. My wife and I went into Larry H Miller looking for a Rav 4, we had called ahead I don't normally leave reviews but I think this one needs to be done. My wife and I went into Larry H Miller looking for a Rav 4, we had called ahead and spoke to Ryan Chang about the car we were looking for and he met us with the keys so we could test drive. My wife then saw another Rav 4 she liked more, Ryan was great, said no problem, ran inside and switched out the keys. We did our test drive and my wife loved the car. We sat down to do paperwork, there was a mix up on the VIN that caused the price to be higher than we agreed upon. Ryan apologized immediately, no beating around the bush, he took full responsibility. He then went to his manager and explained the mistake, they then did everything to fix it. We had an idea of a price and they worked hard to get the car we liked inside our budget. We appreciate that even given a mix up, they took care of us. We went home with the car my wife wanted, and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Ryan was an amazing and really made us feel like he wanted to earn our business. Tyson did our paperwork quickly and was great to work with. Thanks!!! More
