Not willing to do Toyota warranty service I had a tire blowout on the highway on the way to take my mom to the airport. I stopped in to this location to get help. I have a Sienna and there I had a tire blowout on the highway on the way to take my mom to the airport. I stopped in to this location to get help. I have a Sienna and there is no spare tire. My tires were purchased less than a year ago, from a Toyota dealership, therefore covered under Toyota warranty. The service guys told me that they didn't do warranty work on tires purchased through Toyota and I needed to drive my van with a flat tire 30 miles to Parker Toyota. I'm so disappointed in the lack of care this dealership had for me being stranded in Spokane with a minivan with a flat tire. More

Excellent experience! We went in to Larry Miller Toyota for a 2017 black Corolla. When we got there it had sold so the salesman Ryan Chang showed us some other Corolla’s in We went in to Larry Miller Toyota for a 2017 black Corolla. When we got there it had sold so the salesman Ryan Chang showed us some other Corolla’s including new. We ended up loving a 2018 used Corolla sport that was white (not my first choice) but ended up falling in love with it. The car was a year newer and only had 7k miles. The sales manager Steve Styren ended up negotiating a great deal with us - we got the newer car for less than blue book value and Steve ended up certifying it for free which really helped solidify our decision to buy the car despite it not being black. The car also had a pretty significant black scratch on the bumper from the original owner and Steve offered to send it to the body shop to be airbrushed free of charge as they had just gotten the car in on trade and hadn’t had time to detail it yet. Ryan and Steve went above and beyond to ensure the car was not only sold at a great price and certified free of charge, but also was repaired so that we left with a “new” beautiful car. Rich in finance was also very helpful and ensured we got the best possible financing. I have had horrible dealership experiences in the past but Ryan, Steve and Rich were honest, transparent, very friendly and made our experience 5 star. I LOVE my new car and will definitely return. Ryan was fantastic and is someone we could be friends with outside of work. Thanks for taking great care of us! More
