Ryan Chang is awesome! Originally spoke to another salesman and had tried to email and reach out multiple times with no luck. Submitted for an price quote online and within minutes Ryan Chang reached out. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles I was interest in. They didn't have pictures online and he went out and took some and texted them right to me. We set an apt to come in and he had the vehicle ready for us to look at. He was very professional but still friendly and easy to work with. Never pushed us into something we didn't want. He asked what we liked and what we were looking for. Great on the test ride and very friendly when working out the pricing and additional options we were looking for. Dealership was clean and welcoming, everything was great until we got with the finance manager (Richard, i believe was his name) to do our paperwork, if it wasn't for Ryans amazing customer service up to that point we would have got up and walked out. The finance guy was unprofessional, rude, was cursing about the "tech" in the truck and was over all a complete xxx. He had on a dirty shirt on and slip on flip flops with tube socks. He was very rude when we didn't want his extra warranties. Responded with "seriously?" and walked off mad he had to go redo the paperwork. The arrogance about selling the coverage was offensive to me. I'm a loan officer and sell products all the time and that is not how you treat the customer. Luckily we loved the vehicle and our salesman Ryan Chang was absolutely amazing. He saved the transaction. The dealership as whole is still good in my books but I would avoid doing dealer direct financing and will just go through my CU directly in the future. More

Amazing first time car buying experience I was really nervous abiut buying a new car. My husband's experience was a nightmare. Nick S. was amazing! I was worried I would be treated different I was really nervous abiut buying a new car. My husband's experience was a nightmare. Nick S. was amazing! I was worried I would be treated differently because I am a woman, not the case, he was patient and understanding. He helped me find what I could afford and an amazing vehicle I am proud to own.
