We had previously worked With Matt Delgado and asked for him by name. He greeted us, but was working with another customer and kindly and professionally introduced us to his colleague, Ryan Chang. Ryan found us a beautiful 2013 Lexus with everything we asked for and more, and came in under budget! He also went through the entire car, showing us how various features worked. Our salesman, Ryan, followed up well throughout the process and was able to find the exact car I was looking for (which I greatly appreciated). The Sales Manager, Erik, seemed indifferent and aloof. I also did not appreciate being forced to purchase something I didn’t want or need and told that that was just how LHM does it (the VTA specifically) I also didn’t care for Ryan saying that a bad review would only reflect on him. If a review asks for questions about the dealership that should reflect back on the dealership and if he was saying that just to get a good review for the dealership that is not okay. The only reason why I would buy a car here again is out of necessity not loyalty. More

I Bought 2 Rav’s in 1 month? To make a long story short. I bought 2 rav 4’s in one month. After purchasing a very nice certified used I decided that I had to have a hybrid. I went back 3 weeks later and informed my team (and yes I mean team) Chuck, Laith, Richard, and Hunter that I had a change of plan and that I need a hybrid Rav 4 and I would like it to be new! The team went right to work to find the perfect car, color, trim package. With in 5 days may perfect care was ready for pick up with a big bright red bow! I love these guys! When I stop in they are there just being the great team that they are! I would not go anywhere else!!! More
