The accounting guy wrote up the amount wrong and then came to tell us we were $1 short and stood there till he was handed a dollar. I had a copy of the original amount and he wrote it wrong on the day we came to tell us we were $1 short and stood there till he was handed a dollar. Dealership was OK. The original owner had the 2nd key & tailgate key so they mailed it. It arrived with postage due. :( which was not at all our problem. More

She clearly explained why options were not good and why she thought I should discard them, without being "pushy" (very much appreciated), until we were able to narrow the option to a single one, fortunately the car was available and we were able to proveed with ease. She was very supportive, each time she had to leave the desk she explained why and what to expect, always being respectful and professional while adding a bit a nice humor to it all. I felt she has the right balance between the dealer and myself putting both at the same level and making the right suggestions and offering the right things. I would have no doubts in recommending friends to visit the dealer and specially discuss their issues with her.
