A fantastic experience! Def purchase from Larry H. Miller! After months of research, I finally decided to purchase the 2020 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I also knew exactly what I wanted: Ruby Red with a Nutmeg Interi After months of research, I finally decided to purchase the 2020 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I also knew exactly what I wanted: Ruby Red with a Nutmeg Interior and crossbar beams. Unfortunately, these cars are in especially high demand and I was only able to locate one in the relative local area. To make matters worse, I discovered the store I was going to purchase from was not a part of the Navy Federal car purchasing program made available to active duty military. Once this store discovered that I was going to try and purchase this vehicle from Larry H. Miller, they refused to release it. That's when the 'magic' happened. Both Nick and Steve managed to find the vehicle (I'm still not sure how), ensured I still had the military discount and even delivered the car to my doorstep. Throughout the process, they remained professional, courteous and determined to ensure I was able to purchase my preferred vehicle. Their salesmanship and professionalism was/is second to none. Needing to finally trade in my 2007 BMW X5, I was referred to Brittany McLean by the parent of one of my students when I inquired about his Lexus. I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota product, but was not referred to Brittany McLean by the parent of one of my students when I inquired about his Lexus. I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota product, but was not sure which was right for me. He said "Go see Brittany! She is honest, knowledgeable, and you will feel no pressure from her." Absolutely true. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. She listened to me as I tried to sort out what was right for me. She patiently gave me details about all the used cars I thought I was interested in, and handed me the keys to test drive them. The next day I returned to ask about leasing a 2020 model, and wanted to test drive a few. She prepared to pull the Highlander, a Honda Pilot, a Lexus RX, and a Toyota 4Runner. Once I toured, then drove the 4Runner I knew I had found my new car! I asked for info for both leasing, and purchase. I decided to purchase, because given it could run a half a million miles, it will probably outlast me, and there is no chance I will want to give it up in a couple of years! She helped me with my trade, got me great deal, excellent finance rate, and walked me through the entire process. She is a popular and busy girl down there, and had many customers she attended to and juggled seamlessly. The kicker; she even came in on her day off to work with me. I can't say enough good things about her, and my experience. If you are looking for a car, any car, GO SEE BRITTANY! More

Worth the drive...from Montana. I was trying to find a 2020 Tacoma to lease and was unable to find the truck I wanted locally. After some searching I found Larry Miller's Downtown Toyota in Spokane. Because of the great inventory I had three trucks to choose from. I had a few phone calls with Nick, who answered every question I had and helped me understand pricing, trade-in value, and leasing. I felt very comfortable to make the 300+ mile drive from Helena, Montana. The truck I selected and Nick were ready when I arrived. Paperwork went smoothly because much of it had been discussed over the phone. I also had the opportunity to work with Austin who, because of his experience, was able to answer the finest detailed questions I had during final paperwork signing. It made for a long fourteen-hour day before I made it back to home in Montana. I made the decision to drive to Spokane for the inventory. From the experience I had I plan to stop in to say hi whenever I am passing through and plan to refer everyone I can to them. I was put at ease at every turn. You will not be disappointed. More
