Worst experience, with lies told to make their sale. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from LHM. They charged me for 3 service Contracts I do not need, or want! I do not appreciate being misled, will not be purchasing another vehicle from LHM. They charged me for 3 service Contracts I do not need, or want! I do not appreciate being misled, then not given my paperwork from a week ago, until today!!! I still have not received anything from Toyota's financial department. More

Make sure you have time to spend because it is a bit time consuming. But they are working hard to get you a good rate and the vehicle that is best for you. I didn't think I'd leave with an SUV.
