I wouldn`t recommend this place for service to anyone anymore with new disqualified service manager Ron Passmore it has changed an environment of service department drastically to negative side . My experience in purchasing a vehicle at Larry H. Miller was similar to previous experiences. There was nothing particularly different this time around. I don't usually find buying a new car a very positive experience. As before, I really did not get any great deals. Even though there was a "Toyotathon" going on, it didn't apply to Rav4s. There was no cash back, zero interest or any special interest rate offered for the Rav4 or anything of that nature. So as far as the purchasing end of things, it was nothing of any note. Having said that, this is now my 4th Toyota Rav4 and I have never had any problems with the 3 previous ones. I expect the same experience with this one too. I like the car and this particular version of the Rav4 does seem to fit my lifestyle and driving needs. The Larry H. Miller facility was really nice. But if anything was different or stood out over previous car buying experiences it was Taven. He was very polite and seemed very genuine and interested in trying to satisfy me as a customer (which, as previously stated, is a near impossible task). Taven had a good knowledge of the product. If I can say anything that was really nice and positive about this time around, it was Taven. I think he has a great future in the business and I hope those who run Larry H. Miller recognize him as a real asset to the company and to Toyota. I also thought the finance guy who worked with me was great (Michaelangelo). So, in conclusion, my overall rating for the actual experience was average (for me) in the car buying part, but very positive in relation to the employees and the facility. So thanks Taven and Michaelangelo....and the reception person too. You were great and a credit to your place of employment. . More
