Findlay Downtown Toyota Spokane

My wife and I had a wonderful car-shopping experience with Ty Bennett at Findlay Toyota. We relocated to Spokane in early December. We didn’t ship our cars to Spokane and needed to purchase a vehicle f with Ty Bennett at Findlay Toyota. We relocated to Spokane in early December. We didn’t ship our cars to Spokane and needed to purchase a vehicle for transportation within a short timeframe. Ty was the service rep when we were at Findlay. We told him our first choice was a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. He showed us the shockingly long wait list for a RAV4 Hybrid and suggested other models of Toyota that might meet our needs. He also added us to the Findlay Toyota text message list so that we could continue to communicate with each other. We spent about 10 to 15 minutes at the Findlay showroom and left after getting some information from Ty. Ty texted me a couple of days later, asked if we were still in the market for a car, and invited us to check out the Camry hybrid. We went back to Findlay, and Ty showed us the Camry hybrid. When we said we were not interested in the Camry, he suggested we consider a gas-engine RAV4. He showed us some of the RAV4 in transit and said he could add us to the waitlist. We did not want to be on the list without knowing the actual delivery date of the vehicle and left shortly after working with Ty. Ty and I continued communicating via text, even though my wife and I did not commit to purchasing a vehicle at Findlay. After the New Year, our car shopping journey finally ended when we found a new RAV4 in Idaho. During our almost month-long car shopping journey, we visited many car dealerships in Spokane. As a result, we met many sales representatives, and Ty stands out as one of the two best representatives. He was accommodating and professional. In addition, he always responded to my inquiries promptly. Although we did not purchase a vehicle from Findlay, I greatly appreciate his effort and want to congratulate Findlay for having an outstanding employee to service the potential clients. More
