Jake is the best car salesperson Ive ever had the pleasure of doing a purchase with. Gracious, kind, informative and friendly. Worst dealership for any customer service. Start with the front counter lady, the single-most rudest person I’ve ever met. No dept will ever call you back after your purchase. Nothing they tell you will be any more than a limited modification of truth but more likely just what they want you to hear to close a deal. Jake the sales guy lied about the vehicles options even having me download an app and make me watch a video on how to use the Toyota Connect options that he said my 4Runner had but weren’t working because it was sitting in the showroom. It doesn’t really have any of it. He also made no effort to transfer my plates, just ordered new ones, and when asked about them told me he had no idea who (at Findlay) he could ask about that. She called me Jake, and told me you never told her I owned my own plates More

Andrew was honest, kind, respectful, and obviously knows what he is doing. He explained all the features of my new car thoroughly and completely during my "teaching" drive, seemed to be just as excited as I what he is doing.
