It suddenly had significant maintenance problems and we were forced to get a vehicle sooner than expected. We were absolutely dreading having to deal with the purchase process and pushed it off as long as possible. We finally went to Findlay, met the sales staff and started looking at purchase options, were looking at other dealers as well. We ended up connecting with Ron Girkins, and that made all the difference. His integrity, character, knowledge and professionalism were obvious from the beginning even with our guard being up. He is absolutely genuine and is 100% focused on serving the customer 1st above all else. There was no question that he would keep the customers needs as top priority. We went from having 3 or 4 purchase options to both deciding that we wanted to purchase from Ron.
