Purchased Used 2018 F150 To begin, I would like to day that pricing here is great, and is the reason I made the 3 hour drive to buy here. However, in hindsight I'm seeing several things that I feel should have been done that were not. First off, I drove off the lot with about 1/8 a tank of gas. Had already hit the highway by the time I realized how low it was, and considering the long drive home didn't want to turn back. Secondly, I've had the truck for a week, and it already required an oil change, despite the "next service due" sticker they placed saying it was good for 5000 more miles (the oil I drained out definitely looked pretty dirty, so it wasn't a matter of just forgetting to reset the oil change indicator). So, don't trust their used car inspection, or their "topping off of fluids." Even noticed that my washer fluid is about half empty. I'm disappointed in myself for not catching these things, but honestly, I felt that these things shouldn't have had to be questioned. I was also told that by scheduling a test drive, they would get my monthly payment where I wanted it. To me, that meant a bit of a price reduction to make it happen. However, they simply added a few more months to my term to get that payment right, so definitely pay attention when it comes to the financing process. Overall, the people are friendly and pricing is fair, but just some attention to the little things would have gone a long way. More
