I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer on 07/21/2022, with my salesman being Gary Harger. On 8/10/2022 I noticed some sensors showing up so I took it to my local mechanic to see what the issue was. I have driven the Explorer approximately 300 miles. He informed me that the driveshaft, transfer case, and bearings are all shot. This problem he said had to of occurred before I purchased the vehicle. He stated that I never would have noticed during a test drive because that is how I thought the car should sound and drive. The final cost to get my car repaired was $2900. The dealership is not taking any responsibility. That is ridiculous, you would think dealing with cars they would be able to notice something like that. Except they just drive they car and park them and look at the interior and exterior conduction before putting it on the lot. I do not recommend anyone buying from them. More

June 2022: Buyer beware! !! Tried to purchase a 2020 Wrangler with 12k miles. Website said remainder of factory warranty. Carfax window sticker said fully transferable. (Ca !! (Car was from Canada) HOWEVER, after a test drive 2 visits to the dealer and the passing of almost a 3 day time period…I was NOT informed of this vehicle having NO warranty until I arrived with a bank check to purchase the vehicle during the paper signing process. After our test drive several days earlier I questioned it coming from Canada and asked if it was an auction vehicle and was told -yes, that’s normal and is common for that to happen. That would’ve been the time to explain that b/c it’s from Canada there’s NO warranty!!! If this dealer is selling cars from Canada all buyers beware! Will never go back, would not recommend, and fully feel we were mislead. We thought we were buying a low mileage vehicle 2 y/o with 3 yrs/40+k miles remaining on the power train…and were willing to pay current high new/used car price on top of it. Salesman claims he didn't know so either the vehicle was purchased by accident and they're trying to get rid of it or this place really sells cars from Canada and the staff is not trained well. Very discouraging and shameful! More

Absolutely no concern for customer service or making the customer feel appreciated or valued. His attitude and tone of voice is something I have never experienced from a car dealer in my 55 years of car buy customer feel appreciated or valued. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Findlay Chrysler; don’t do it. I would give no stars if I could. They have horrible customer service and could give two craps less about the customers buying Chrysler; don’t do it. I would give no stars if I could.
