Not impessed! I drove 80 miles to look at this truck and get trade in value on my truck. I had my own financing and would bring them a check at purchase. We decided to purchase the truck after I returned home. I spoke to Ashley on the phone and told her we would be back up before closing to purchase, I specifically asked that the truck be detailed before I arrived and she said she was taking it back there as soon as we got off the phone. We arrived a little before 6pm, basically to hand them the check, sign the title work and be on our way quickly. That didn't happen, the finance guy was super slow and kept us waiting almost an hour and a half. It was 7:30 before we finally left. And the cherry on this fantastic experience was they didn't bother to detail the truck!!! More
