Might be ok in the end Bought a low miles 2015 GMC 2500hd from Findlay and then found out it was a Canadian truck and had open recalls and problems. I bought it on Jan 10. B Bought a low miles 2015 GMC 2500hd from Findlay and then found out it was a Canadian truck and had open recalls and problems. I bought it on Jan 10. By Jan 17 it was in limp mode and is now in the shop accumulating hundreds of dollars in repairs. I should have kept the 06 I traded in. Update: sent it to local GMC truck dealer who repaired problem and got truck running. Salesman is working to see what can be done to assist with that repair by working with management. I believe they were unaware of the problems and issues with the truck. The initial review was probably too harsh, especially if they take care of the repairs of the pre-existing problem discovered within first week that totally disabled the truck. More

Excellent experience I reached Out to the dealership by email and received a prompt response. All replies were surprisingly, in a very timely manner. They staff answered all my questions and concerns politely & professionally. We were traveling 128 miles one way For a Cadillac ATS that had all of the options I had Been searching for. I informed the staff that my husband and I literally work 13+ hour days and I’m usually on call the other days. I did My homework and ran a carfax on the car, read numerous reviews about the dealership. All my questions and concerns were answered adequately. We made the trip down on a Monday, the car was in the condition described to me. The buying process was professional and pleasant. 5 days later we’re still very pleased with the overall experience. The one and complaint I have And I don’t Feel it’s a reflection on the dealership. On the way home I couldnt Get my cell to pair after a few attempts the navigation system on the car told us the “ SD” card wasn’t available. It had no navigation abilities or phone Connection at that point. I contacted My local Cadillac dealership and they, themselves had zero idea why the previous leasee would remove it. The little SD card, programming and installation cost me $373.00 I’m very aware it could’ve been done cheaper, but at that point i simply wanted everything functioning. I would travel the miles again to purchase from the dealership. I give It 5 out of 5 ! More
