Positive hassle-free experience I found a car I liked by searching online, so I went down to the dealership to see it. I called ahead and was told Brittany would be expecting me. She I found a car I liked by searching online, so I went down to the dealership to see it. I called ahead and was told Brittany would be expecting me. She was waiting for me, and the car was pulled up and had a tag with my name on it. I saw down with Brittany and she explained the business model, then after I had asked all my questions she asked if I wanted to test-drive the car. My drive was good, so I came back to the dealership to call my wife and ask her to come down for a ride. We decided to buy, and Brittany went to work. I had talked to my banker for a comparison, and when the offer came back it wasn't as good as the one I had at my bank. Brittany went back and explained the situation, and the dealership gave me an even better offer than my bank. I was never pressured or made to feel anxious, the way I've felt at other dealerships. Brittany was cheerful, honest, and genuinely interested in me and my family. After she submitted the paperwork to Tom, he took over and very efficiently processed all the financing. When it came time to talk about extended warranty, Tom asked me some questions and took time to look at several options to find one that seemed to make sense for my situation. I felt like I was getting a good package, and Tom also did not try to pressure me into buying anything. The entire process was smooth and painless. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My previous experiences at dealerships have not been positive, so I was taking a risk on this one. I came away feeling really good about the people I had dealt with. Tom was great, and Brittany was a real sweetheart. More

Good Experience. Not pushy. Good business model. My wife and I went in to buy a new 2018 Jeep Compass Limited that was part of the previous years inventory. We sat down with Brittney and told her exa My wife and I went in to buy a new 2018 Jeep Compass Limited that was part of the previous years inventory. We sat down with Brittney and told her exactly what we were looking at, and that we wanted to know what the best price we could get on it would be. They gave us a price that was a considerable amount under the sticker price. I was actually surprised, as we had been looking at other vehicles at other dealerships, and they were asking way more for the same year and model. The price they gave us was really good, but it wasn't enough for us to not wait and see if someone could counter offer. I did tell them that if we were to save a little more on it, that we would take it today, and they worked with us. They actually worked with us. I was kind of in shock. It seems rare to find a dealership that is actually willing to work with you rather than just take you for all you've got. So I was very impressed by the ethics and model that they use. They want the customers to actually walk out the door happy about their purchase. Brittney was great in helping us, and she made sure to get us the best deal possible. We will be seeking her out when we look to get our next Jeep. We then went in with Tom in finance. I knew that I wanted an extended warranty, as Jeep only offers a 3yr/36k m bumper to bumper, and 5yr/60k m powertrain warranty. That is a very weak warranty considering how long cars can stay on the road these days. This is from Jeep, not from the dealership. Tom went over all the options of the available extended warranties. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy about them. We ended up getting a good deal on the warranty, and I left the office feeling confident that we were treated fair. I was very impressed with the dealership and the staff. I think more dealerships in the area need to follow this customer first business model. If you're looking to buy a car in the Findlay area, start here. Let them give you a good experience so that you know how it SHOULD feel when you are buying a car. More
