Was told they would email and EVERY TIME they emailed me only one page of the transaction; our promises to provide insurance. Then did not receive papers to register the vehicle before the temporary plates expired and had to wait over 2 hours so I could rush to the BMV and get it registered! And more but to much information. Horrible experience. More

I would highly recommend her to anyone. Very polite no pressure. Just showed the vehicle and allowed us to make our decision. More car dealers should take a page from their book. Also the finance guy was very polite and didn’t try to pressure us into all the extended warranties and tire warranties. He provided us the information of what was available and was respectful of our decision to decline the extended warranties. I would definitely do business here again.
